Pakistan produces 15000 doctors annually and have very low capacity to provide jobs. Pakistan can only provide jobs to 1000 doctors annually and rest 14000 lives in frustration. on the other hand Europe, America, Arabian countries and Australia have low production of medical graduate and Pakistani doctors have great option to opt for.
CAREER COUNSELING FOR MEDICAL GARDUATES IS NEED OF THE HOUR IN PAKISTAN AS MANY OF THEM DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO AND HOW TO BUILD A BETTER CAREER AFTER GRADUATION AND THAT LEADS TO INCREASING NUMBER OF DEPRESSION AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN DOCTORS.
