You kind of got the story wrong. Ferrucio Lamborghini never worked for Ferrari, but he did get his start as a tractor manufacturer. He was also a customer of Ferrari, who was unhappy that the clutch kept going out. Ferrucio took it upon himself to find a solution to the clutch problem, and discovered that a clutch he used in his tractors not only fit, it was more reliable, and cost nearly the same. Thinking Enzo Ferrari, being an "engineer" and another businessman, would be open to some advice. Instead, as the story goes, Ferrari told Lamborghini to "stick to tractors," and Ferrucio went off to become Ferrari's biggest competitor. The case? $300 for a small screen you can't see if you put in an air cooler (as LTT did), a few carbon fiber pieces (easily faked), mirrored glass (plastic film would do the same), and a Lamborghini badge? Nope
A really good case maker collaborating with LEGO might be awesome. It could be pretty much the ultimate in flexibility, unless it's just a boring "reskin" of existing cases. I'd want to see a fully LEGO case (though I'm not sure how to to a secure motherboard mount in LEGO), where as much of it as possible is made from standard LEGO bricks (in terms of types - colours could be specialized).
There are some LEGO parts that might be able to go through the screw holes (part 3957 comes to mind but might be too thick) but I do not know if it could handle the weight. Probably it would be best to complement that with parts holding the edges of the motherboard and modify the CPU cooler backplate to have longer screws that could go through something like a technic plate or a technic beam. I have done something similar with my RPi 3B and a USB connected 2,5'' HDD, although the weight is not comparable. The simplest alternative would be to have an actual desktop case (motherboard horizontally mounted) instead of a tower case (motherboard vertically mounted) but, being made of LEGO with a big span, probably wouldn't handle anything on top (like a monitor).

This isn't the first gaming related Lambo collab - recently SecretLab did one for their Titan Evo and those sold out quickly from what I remember. There's definitely a demand for it. I'd love to see Cyberpunk themed cases. NerdForge made a custom built one when collaborating with LTT and it looked absolutely incredible.
LTT Short Circuit did a video on the same case. Whats confusing is theirs was numbered 0000 di 6498 too. So either Lian Li cant count or something fishy is going on. Unless the review samples were all numbered 0000.
Saw that case on Lian Li's IG page this morning, and I really wasn't all that impressed. Reminds me of a lot of brands that do minimal effort to make a special edition of an existing product, then charge a premium price for it... Like when Dodge was putting out different versions of the Challengers & Chargers, and the only thing differentiating them was exterior stickers and little dashboard plaques.
I am very satisfied with my white 011 evo xl. I bought a 7 inch Display and followed Jayztwocents sensor panel video and put the panel under my monitor.
I'm upset at the pricing. I have the PCMR edition of the original O11D and that's price was basically what the standard O11D Evo is now. That also came with the same mirrored glass, a mirror finish IO strip. So I'm not sure a Lambo badge, and a 5" screen paired with a few strips of CF is worth doubling the case. I'm trying to figure out where the price comes from that's not just brand markup, but struggling. Maybe if they don't all sell, the price will come down and I may grab one then just because I can't stop collecting. But not at the launch price.
Jay is trying to come up with the perfect case design…I can see Jay’s case with a der’Bauer plaque on it. Can you guys imagine a case line designed by those two? Ultimate collaboration…and maybe even Steve at GN can input…I am sure I am not the first person to think of this. Hopefully the case would not come out looking like a Tesla truck, lol.
I'd love to see a Collab with X-Lights, which is one of the most popular light controller programs for things like compressed Christmas light displays. Imagine an RGB focused case where you can control every single LED to do anything you want. It would put all other RGB programmer to shame.
I don't know if that would necessarily need to be a collaboration, but a case where you could only buy the large flat surfaces in e.g. sheet metal, glass, wood, etc. and the connecting structures are downloadable as 3D printer files would be awesome. Kinda like Lazer3D does, but with the option to make the corner pieces yourself. Manufacturer could offer a set with panels only, panels and heat set inserts and screws, or full DIY kit with panels, screws and already printed parts with inserts already installed. It would need to be cheaper than buying a fully assembled case of the same size though to really take off, I guess. Should be possible, since manufacturer saves a lot of space and thus cost in shipping. Also better for the environment ;)
It's a pity there software causes so many issues . Cpu usuage , idle temps and random gallahad II lcd pump disconnects . When the Gallahad disconnects it crashes games , running sensor gauges on fans or pump causes upto 13% cpu usuage at idle . Without the sensor displays 3% , idle temps without out software I get 36c with software can range from low 40s to high 40s . Depending whats displayed
I am using your cpu-block. Putting it on the shelf would be like buying a Lamborghini and parking it in the garage, never driving it. Complete madness.
Would be cool to have peripheral themes like Corsair matching RGB in a whole thing with their keyboards and mice not dissimilar to how some of the cableless fans work as a whole system instead of individual fans. Maybe an apple x fractal collab since their design languages often cross over or the framework laptop mini PC case x displate so you can hide your laptop PC behind a poster and have the displate mounting stuffs
Not to get totally off topic; but, since this a video about a case and I'm hoping Jay can provide some insight. One of the new cases shown by BeQuiet at Computex allows for "traditional" desktop builds (being able to go from tower to a "traditional" case. As it has been said numerous times: the best AiO configuration has the coolant lines being above the pump with the radiator being at the highest point. In the case I'm referring to: the radiator may be on the same plane as the pump resulting in the coolant tubes becoming the highest point in the loop. Will this harm a pump or will if be fine if the air bubbles are in the tubing and not the radiator? Hope Jay can provide some insights on this.
Dream colab for a case: Don't care who makes the case as long as it's quality, but DC and specifically Superman. Would love to see an old school fortress of solitude with the giant yellow key as the on/of switch.
The Hyte Y60 Hakos Baelz collab PC has nice details included. Although a lot of it is art on the glass and etched panels, they put the work in to be seen from any angle. The custom dice power button is probably the neatest thing. Hyte seems to put this kind of effort into all their collab cases and I'm curious what extra they can/will do with the Y70 touch collab they have with Doki. I'm curious how you see anything inside the case with a mirror finished side panel in that lambo case.
To keep the automotive theme going take it a step further and make a case that looks like an engine bay, a cpu shroud that looks like an engine block and has full water cooling that takes care of the cpu, gpu, and the vrms on the mobo, a custom rad that looks like one out of a car. Carbon fiber trim on the case (can be fake).
As a gun person I always wanted to see Be Quiet! making a collab version of their Dark Base cases with one of the German small arms manufacturers like Heckler & Koch. It'd be so cool and I'll definitely buy it to go with my planned all-AMD build lol.

Also like this collab, have a screen that looks like gauge, but instead have the "speedo/tach" be the fan/pump speed, and have it mounted to the front of the case.
If I’m building a PC in this I’m tunning everything, adding bolt ons, a nice exhaust, & throwing on a super charger cooler.
LTT also got 0000 serial number seems like they played lamborghini card here, they also have limited run cars and they give a plaque 1 di x , x denoting number of run of limited production cars.
> gets all zeroes for a serial number
> complains that he isn't number one
I love you, Jay. Never change.
Are you going to try and make a trip to the new Microcenter? Thanks! Incredible what the new store has to offer!!
Hahahaha right after you peeled the thing and said "This is carbon fibre right here" I immediately said ooo cahbon fiba and then the exact clip started haha thank you for putting that in there
I’d like to see built in pump/reservoir solutions, for a water cooling theme. Like the floor of the case have a res, maybe the mb tray could be a big reservoir. With built in or just pre installed radiators and ship with choice of tubing and fittings.
A Games Workshop edition, the Space marine version would have a frame made of Adamantium and side panel made of Ceramite painted in your favorite chapter color, while a Custodes version would have Auramite panels...and the Ork version would be just kit bashed together from junk 'n bitz and painted in red to run fasta Clock Speedz!
Also a car guy. And i was saying to myself "keep the dials on blue and yellow jay!!". And you did!!
Legend.
Now I need an asmr of Jay doing that flick thing, now that he has a car themed computer.
I wonder if Lamborghini would sue me if I modified the case 😂😂😂
LTT Short Circuit did a video on the same case. Whats confusing is theirs was numbered 0000 di 6498 too. So either Lian Li cant count or something fishy is going on. Unless the review samples were all numbered 0000.
A Magaman or Magaman X case or a Star Wars case would look neat.
I'd like to see a proper case collaboration with Bandai. Not just some chibi sticker, and viola! But a fully inspired piece of set art.
I understand there is an extra cost option coming. Four Lamborghini alloy case wheels. Price TBD.
I'd love to see a Collab with X-Lights, which is one of the most popular light controller programs for things like compressed Christmas light displays. Imagine an RGB focused case where you can control every single LED to do anything you want. It would put all other RGB programmer to shame.
Soooo... can you see the screen with the mirrored side panel on??????
Also better for the environment ;)
you should have put the mirrored side panel on to check if the screen is even readable with the panel on.
The same way that you can see the insides of the vision chrome case.
That's the second case review for this with the number 0000 on it. As someone else has pointed out - the other was LTT.
As a gun person I always wanted to see Be Quiet! making a collab version of their Dark Base cases with one of the German small arms manufacturers like Heckler & Koch.
It'd be so cool and I'll definitely buy it to go with my planned all-AMD build lol.
I think you should just make a gun themed build lol. Joking, not joking
4:30 all the typical "stuff" yeah right you said that😂
Hi, how about a video about custom pc fan curves for the summer, I surely appreciate it because I live in a tropical area and the temperatures are like a long 12-month summer...
I bought one of your water blocks and it sits proudly in my custom loop. I learned how to hard line from you so it's only fitting that your water block takes pride of place in my rig. Cheers Jay 👍
