- Seattle Police officers working with stores involved the city’s Retail Theft Program conducted a citywide shoplifting emphasis on Thursday that yielded 49 arrests.

I remember a time where stores actually let their security detain shoplifters till the police arrive, stores need to go back to those days

I'll never do it again. Says the woman with 21 past warrants. It never ceases to amaze me the people that just walk into a store and try to go out the door with merchandise without paying.

Im glad something is being done. The shoplifting has gotten so bad my friend says the shop lifters have started also stealing from shoppers in the parking lots. She can't go shopping alone anymore.
Wait,21 outstanding warrants yet she still says,”I’ll never do it again”? I believe she believes that.
The woman who said “Please my kids are in the car” sickened me… because let’s be honest, if she actually loved her children, she wouldn’t have done this.

District Attorney will let them off. A mockery to law abiding citizens.

They need to spray the culprits with a slime that is sticky , gooey , stinky and traceable as they waltzed out the doors.
Imagine if the police were allowed to do their job EVERY day!
