The only filter that I would use is from "The Ballard Of Gay Tony" one, don't get me wrong, I like GTA-4's filter, but sometimes; the washed-out colors get really boring.
The only reason i would uninstall is because it takes up space on my desktops hard drive, no other reason. I have kept my downgraded steam copy for years now, because its an amazing game.
GTA 4 was a masterpiece and still is still has better stuff in game than 5 as they actually cared about the playing experience and very fine details of things gta 5 was ruined for greed
Unfortunately that's the default GTA IV camera. 😥 But you can use "IV Centered Vehicle Cam" mod for fix that. (not sure if it works in GTA IV Complete Edition)
I just don't know which version to choose, if I choose the complete edition I will then miss out on Zolika Patch which is a decent mod, but if I go with the downgraded version then I will miss out on FusionFix which is also a great mod, I need help..
It is still fixable. Just disable “ controlled folder acces “ in windows defender. It can easily be accessed trough the search bar. I tested it myself and it works that way.
@@gnrtx-36969 I had a similar issue fair while ago and i had to use an older version of dxvk to get rid of the stutters. Couldn't tell you what version it was sorry but it helps to lock the fps & create a config for dxvk. There are plenty guides out on steam and other gta related forums that'll help you along the way! Trust me your not the only one! Ensure your on fullscreen as well @ your native refresh rate. Triple buffering & vsync can also provide further stability if needed, but at the cost of some latency. In all honesty, if you want a pure gta iv experience, you gotta pull out your old console and keep it unpatched, PS3 version would be most ideal or a 360 on offline mode when entering the disc.
my version of fusion fix has a lot of missing settings why? v2.5.6 i am uusing the vulkan mod dxvk it works for me but the only setting i can change is anti aliasing.. Is this the same issue you hadd
@Digital_Zoey everything is working great, i didnt have all the same settings as your game because i think you are using another mod called console graphics. Im not sure if im getting better performance with dxvk, my gpu is just using 2 or 3x more power and getting really hot but it looks and runs good
Well for people who don't want to downgrade the game this is fine. I didn't want to bother with downgrading so I just modded the steam version. Works fine, plus I already have that "Rockstar's malware" on my pc since I play Red Dead and GTA V
@@idropNukes999 Pretty much all Rockstar online services are malware, you essentially dox yourself everytime you play GTA Online. But you're not safe even if you don't play GTA Online, I got RDR2 about a year ago and ever since I launched it I've been getting spammed with Social Club emails in Russian and Chinese. I can't unsubscribe them and somehow they find their way in my inbox even after being flagged as spam. I asked Rockstar to delete my account but ironically I'm not receiving their verification emails so I can reply to them. TL:DR stay the hell away from anything to do with Social Club.
@@idropNukes999 He means the Rockstar Launcher. RDR2, GTA 5, and now GTA 4 all require the rockstar launcher on steam. In my opinion, I have to use it anyway if I want to play rdr2 and gta 5. So I dont really care anymore

Camera angle goes left-centered while I'm driving a vehicle, is there any fix for that?

Unfortunately, it seems like saved games are not compatible with mods.

I don't have that issue. I'm having an issue with DXVK not working. And I still haven't found a solution. I hope you get that issue resolved.
