It's based on the dilution ... Exact adding by micropipette ....after dilution in each tube, u can see the color of the tubes...
From more conc to less conc observed... Thank you...

Where you have added the serum

Not serum. You're adding antisera first, that contains antibodies. Now make 5% red cell suspension as red cell contains the antigen and add this red cell suspension to all the tubes.

5 percent mean 5 in total volume 100, simple take 5 ul of cells and add in 95 ul of saline total is hundred but in 100 total volume cells are only 5@@iTzshadYworld
