"Stop rambling, and, stop gambling, stop going out late at night. Go home to your wife and your family, and sit down by the fireside, bright!" I like how after completing the game, you realize this line pretty much sums up the game's entire goal for Booker.
I actually started to cry when I heard the crowd singing this. My Daddy used to sing this to me before bed. <3 LOL! Keep in mind he hummed most of the verses as I was really little...but he would sing the chorus to me.
I still imagine Columbia just being this feel-good wonderful religious 1912 paradise in the skies where everything is green, the skies are blue, there is beautiful old american architecture everywhere. This song just reinforces that. I always love imagining living in Columbia.
Ever since the release of this game, this song will randomly pop into my head randomly every few weeks.
The 31 minutes was really how long they sang it.
Why thanks everyone! Have a goodnight as well XD
"Lions walk with lions Dewitt, not hyena's!" Fink was an amazing character
Ah, the last song before the entire game had a tone shift
“Sometimes I live in the country, Sometimes I live in town, Sometimes I get a notion To jump in the river and drown”
"Stop rambling, and, stop gambling, stop going out late at night. Go home to your wife and your family, and sit down by the fireside, bright!"
