Review of the NEW Tassimo T55 Coffee Machine

I know I normally do tech reviews. But this coffee machine has tech in it too. This is my review of the Tassimo T55 Single Brew Coffee machine. I also include a tip for other machines that may have less frothing of the milk.

Great review! One addition is to straighten the bar-code with your nail BEFORE you put it into the machine. It happened to me several times that T55 did not recognize the Latte T-disk, until I straightened the bar-code with my nail. Enjoy!

Love my T55.....Costa Americano is my fave T-Disk. Thanks for your review . If you want more hot beverage in your cup just keep holding the plus button and voila :)

Futureshop (Canada) offered a promo this weekend where can get this machine (normally $140) for free if you bought $80 of t discs from them. I took advantage of the sale and got the red one. Can't wait to try it out....

I have been looking at this machine and the T65 which has more 'features'. Both machines are the same price here in the UK.

Used a milk tassimo cup to make a latte. The machine processed the milk part but did not go any further. Now it is locked and will not unlock to open the top to add the coffee cup. What is next? the LED displays shows the cup light on and not blinking. Un plugged and re-plugged a few times to no avail. suggestions???

Cup light means it cant read the barcode. I would clean the reader on the machine with a damp towel and flatten out the barcode with your finger on the disk. That should do it.

I love my T55, just descaling it for the first time (using TH-cam instruction video from Bosch. Really easy.

I have tested the keurig. Various models and I have to say it tastes better than the kureg. Even Keurig users who have coffee in my house as to see my Keurig machine since it tastes better than their's. Many have converted to Tassimo. Kraft needs to advertise more and pay for top shelf advertising
