I mean, why would you want to advert your eyes and take the chance of missing something awesome in the moment.. but I guess that's me. (And for the record, I was in the arena as well)
@@aRBy125 It depends on what kind of person you are...I know plenty of people (such as myself) who when they feel extremely happy about something they can't sit still and jump around like a fool. It's just how they cope with situations like that, especially for things they are truly invested in and have dedicated their lives and careers to.
Yes, Sajam's response is much more controlled-but Steve has always been a much more outwardly emotional person than Sajam. The number of times Steve has suffocated someone's arm from hype proves this lol. So it only makes sense that Steve has a much more physical reaction to the news that one of (if not his favorite) games is coming back.

I am absolutely blown away by the new Guilty Gear, it's as close as it can get to Daisuke's actual artstyle and way of drawings and me being such a fan of his artwork, I am absolutely sold on the game. I'm ready to buy the 5 iterations of that future game in a heartbeat, buddy.

Yo DBFZ Grand Finals was super hype but Winners Finals to me was the absolute highlight and partially cause of you two on commentary so shout-outs. Not just for being hype but when you guys were talking about how SonixFox specifically made his team and set-ups around trying to open up Go1 it made like every catch and scramble so crazy, that was some Grade-A lore spice. Plus they were so much more composed at that point and then it goes back and forth like a rubberband match, that shit had me passing out so huge props for that.

I've been saying "League fighter this EVO" since Rising Thunder devs got bought out in like 2016 and despite it just being "yeah we are working on it" I'm extremely excited for the game. Yeah I know it's so far only a Riot fighter but I am willing to put my chips on the table and say it's league. With such a massive roster of recognizable characters it would be a poor gamble to go for anything else. The fact that Seth Killian and Cannon brothers are the backbone is enough for me to dream, on top of that Riot music/art team and Tencent money. Free to play, riot matchaking and a game built around GGPO. It has immense potential and I hope they don't drop the ball. Guilty gear is insanely dope, I'm still processing the look of the trailer. I want more footage.

Do you think they're going to simplify GG, as is the current trend with fighting games? I'm kind of hoping not. The complexity of Xrd is what I enjoyed, and I even hope they ramp it up, maybe getting back to AC+R complexity.
Marc Standley unfortunately for some, they already confirmed that the game will have less systems and more focused gameplay in order to appeal to new and old players. Don’t worry I’m sure the game will be amazing though.

11:20 the crossups are 50/50's? I suck at this game but after a while I started blocking it.
Harder than you think to block when you add staggers designed to look like cross ups, jump superdash to catch people slipping, and not to mention even if you block the cross up, there's still the overhead, double overhead, empty low, and dragon rush mix-up afterwards. When you get focused on that mix-up and suddenly they do another cross-up, it's easy to see why that Go1 clip is so god-like

That you thought what I choose to put in the thumbnail has any correlation with effort or quality is baffling. I can assure you there are many, MANY videos on the internet featuring shocked expressions and red arrows that contain very high quality content. There's a bunch of people out there that work very hard to create and thinking you've got them figured out by what they put in a thumbnail is a very flawed flowchart. I'm not trying to have some back and forth here but this is my job and I know how to do it. There is NO part of the process where quality is sacrificed in favor of a thumbnail. In fact that style in a lot of cases is simpler and less time-consuming so it would free up more time to edit the "quality content" if anything. I'm done, please consider that your knowledge of a given scenario is probably incomplete before offering such a hard line stance against it.
