    Great job guys. A recommendation for future baking - buy a small cake tin ti fit inside the Dutch oven. Makes cleaning a lot easier.

    Next recipe to try is a pot bread. You can really have fun with this and add in other bits like bacon, cheese, onion etc.

      @@TheLandyExpedition Pity we missed each other. Could have showed you around as there is some hidden places where one can go. I always try to make something special when I go out. Currently busy constructing a rocket stove to make pancakes in a very special place where not many people go to.

    You should consider an enamel potjie / Dutch oven. Much easier to clean

    Looks great, unfortunately I cannot eat that type of thing anymore, had a severe heart attack early January (congenital it seems) and on a new diet, no sugar, little salt & no butter, skimmed milk, aaaaaaa!
