This video totally shows why I quit following the NHRA 10+ years ago. Some of the most historic, coolest and certainly the most relevant classes are being run here. And no TV coverage and worse yet zero fans?! I went to an NHRA event about 12 years ago and the ONLY fan accessible pits were the nitro cars. Nitro cars are cool but totally unrelatable to fans. I wanted to see some Pro Stocks, Super Stocks and even Stocks but they were no where to be found. It’s no wonder so many drag racing fans are flocking to NPK and No Prep events. NHRA needs a serious infusion of leadership with vision and more open minds. I wouldn’t watch their boring TV shows if you paid me.

To be fair, this is just qualifying - on a Wednesday. Shouldn't expect much in the way of fans and TV coverage for that - even in the glory days.
