How about you recommend one?
First time to hear that Molekhiah is Turkish! How you became sure about that while you said you have no degree in it?! Turkish cuisine is well known and there is no Molikhiah in Turkey and there is no even a word "Malek" in Turkish language. Molekhiah is from the Fatemite era and Egyptian.

Molokhaya is originally from Pakistan. I know this because my grandmother in KArachi used to make it whenever we beat people in cricket which in those days was all the time.
It's from ancient egypt, in tunisia they eat it too & consider it theirs lol it's definitely egyptian

قبل ١٠٠ سنة ماكان فيه شي اسمه سعودية السعودية دولة حديثة وهي خليط من اهل العراق اللي انتقلوا الى نجد واهل اليمن جنوب السعودية حاليا وبلاد الشام شمال المملكة حاليا وخليج البحرين في الشرقية وقبائل ورحل الجح في الحجاز
