I have a DS-7608NI-K2/P8 NVR, no video from PC-HDMI output. Tried with TFTP but update doesn't start. NVR goes online (light turns on) but I can't find its IP. When turned on, it does not emit the startup BIP, no Hard Disk failure BIP. Is there any alternative method to send firmware?
I hope works for my DVR HIK, when the electrical storm make my DVR fail. When start booting fail... just start booting and I can hear beep, then cold screen. I'll try recovery whityour tutorial.

Hikvision 5mp 4ch dvr settings not saving ,if you restart old setting will appear, many people face this issue in hikvision dvr so please post video about this problem
@@markomarando2481 Yes. I had to buy that usb cable to connect to the pc, read the instructions on the net forums. Who doesn't normally do this, it's not easy, I suffered but I succeeded

This process does not work , TFTP will be stuck in a loop sending the firmware, hikvision NVR, DVR or IP reboot with the same issue.

if there is no communication between NVR and PC by using LAN than how to use TFTP Server ?
Mine keeps rebooting and re transmitting file, am in an endless loop of connection successful and transmitting started, what should I do?
Make sure right firmware you are using,
Or disconnect the LAN cable when first time transmit the file and reboot DVR after 5mins
