TFTP will not send automatic firmware for a long time (worked on older versions of recorders and cameras). You need to connect in series (4-pin UART port) and order the recorder to start the download.

Hi,The TFTP server gives me the following error " Open file(D:\TFTP\econt_Vision-AV2000) Failure. My model is DS-7604NI-E1/4P. I live in New Zealand and I'm told they made a firmware specific to this region, that's not on the Hikvision website and I need to PAY a reseller to fix it. The trouble is the reseller will charge me more than a BN NVR will cost. Can you suggest something I should try, please?
