    🌍Turkish Kebab is renowned worldwide for its rich flavors and cultural significance. Join us as we uncover the secrets to making this traditional delight right in your own kitchen. 🍢✨
    • 250g lamb or beef, thinly sliced or ground
    • 1 onion, grated
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
    • 1/2 tablespoon yogurt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    • 1/2 teaspoon sumac (optional)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Olive oil (for grilling)
    • Flatbreads, lettuce, tomatoes, onions (for serving)
    STEPS:
    1. Prepare the Meat: In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced or ground lamb or beef.
    2. Add Flavors: Add grated onion, minced garlic, tomato paste, yogurt, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, sumac (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
    3. Marinate: Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
    4. Skewer the Meat: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, packing it tightly.
    5. Grill Until Done: Brush the skewers with olive oil and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and nicely charred.
    6. Serve: Serve the Turkish kebab hot off the grill with flatbreads, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and any other desired accompaniments.
