ILCA (Laser) downwind practice in 12 knts in SF bay 4/15/23

3.5 min ILCA (Laser) downwind practice clip in 12 knts breeze condition in SF bay 4/15/23. Wave catching condition with occasional wave overtaking but sometime also passed by waves. It was ebbing (current is against downwind run) so the boat speed was not very fast.
