I found the Face Orientation section a bit confusing. Not the least of which was how you were able to pilot your viewport to view INSIDE the bottle. I can scroll/zoom in past a certain point. And yes i've mucked around with Preferences > Navigation > Perspective/Depth. Overall, i went with a Boolean modifier on the outer/bigger bottle.
Already thaught this was a bit complicated. I Navigated inside the bottle with moving the camera into the object(Hold mousewheel + Shift) and not scrolling. Yes, this works aswell.
Press "N" to open side panel. In the "view" label you can modify the settings of you view. Try "clip start" 0.001 m.(up to a minimum). Indicates how close the camera can focus. I hope it could help you

on my blender 4.2 bevel modifier isn't doing what u showed in the video
