I’m having the exact same problem you are but my Honda is a 2012 Honda Civic hybrid same codes can you please let me know or send me the link of the DC DC inverter you bought another question did you at all use electric gloves to do any of the replacement?
Howdy! The part I used was from Bumblebeebatteries.com. This should be the link. bumblebeebatteries.com/product/actualproducts/gaz-shocks/ (Why it says gaz-shocks I have no idea.) It's still working perfectly so far. I did not use any electrical insulative gloves when I worked on the car. I trusted the big breaker switch behind the left side of the rear seat back. Though it is certainly not a bad idea to protect yourself when working with these high voltage units. Thanks!

I almost forgot. If you have under 150k on the car, it may be under the factory extended warranty program. Something to check if applicable.
