With the help of reviewers like Anthony, that can be trusted to give a honest review, it's easier to avoid bad action figures, experience will also help me when choosing figures without having them in hand. Unfortunately, because of the way some companies plan their marketing strategy I end up with a couple of bad figures every year and to be honest most of them are Hasbro figures. Either because they come packaged with bad figures, because they have a BAF piece you really want (buying BAF pieces on the after market when you're an European can be a hassle) or because the pictures on the preorder don't show enough to let you understand the figure is actually bad. Fortunately this year my worst list would be filled with good figures so I'm not even going to the trouble of making one, some of this is due to AnthonyCustoms reviews so... THANK YOU ANTHONY, you helped me avoid a top worst action figures 2020 list filled with bad action figures. Merry Christmas!!!
Number 1 should've been the wonder woman dc multiverse figure, her thighs look like tubes painted flesh. Summer sausage, pringles can. No definition whatsoever. Just absolutely terrible. Great review.
I am guessing we seeing the lightening collection designed between John Real being let go and John Warden taking his place. Warden did great with Joe and Transformers, i expect he will get it back on track.

Nah, I loved it too. The headsculpt looks cool to me, with the squinty wide eyes that remind me of BTAS, The blueish-black colors reminded me of a comic book.

Man, I thought it was the Storm Collectibles Sagat and really wondered how it got on this list. I love that figure. The S.H. Figurts doesn't seem that bad, except for the size.
The most disappointing thing about the McFarlane DC-1000 Batman figure is how many other awesome looking Batman figures McFarlane has done since then. It's just such a bummer they couldn't have gotten it right from the start, because the classic suit is my favorite look for Batman (especially the variant blue and gray with yellow oval), and it's one of the worst figures of the entire line. I'm just really hoping for a re-do or another version of the classic look maybe based on the art of Neal Adams, or something like that.
Jeesh at least Tob Biz had no issues when it came to sculpting black and brown people. I still have the old 2 Blade figures from the first blade movie and the head sculptures actually look like Wesley Snipes.
I think Morbius does not deserve to be on this list because weird proportions to the eerieness of a creature of the night. I also think the blowing-in-the-wind hair looks kinda awesome, which makes the flat cape okay for me. I think, in fiction especially, hair does not need to have a "wind" excuse to have an exaggerated look. All of the saiyan dragon ball figures have funny hair if you think about it like that hahaha. The face sculpt is also good, in fact, it's kinda great for me haha. Lastly, I got it in my country for the value of 12 USD because people think that it's bad haha. So I guess, in part, I have you to thank, Anthony. Morbius is one of my favorite this year.

I know I'm biased, but I really like the Detective Comics 1000 Batman. He is the only figure on this list that I own, but there was a couple of months of going back and forward on whether to buy him. But I'm really glad that I did, despite all his flaws. Of course the list is subjective and I respect your opinion and honesty in these videos. For me, just from watching your videos, the Imagination Works Goku should be no. 1. simply comparing quality to the price point.
My three least favorite purchases of the year Figma Bakugo- heavy arms that dont stay in place, effects were okay but underwhelming, no interchangeable arms with no gauntlets Figma Raphtalia- had a bunch of QC issues with loose ass arms loose hair piece and waist keeps popping off (no its not a bootleg) And SH figuarts ROS Rey..... what a dumpster fire of a figure, proportions sucked, articulation is horrible, hood looked bad and work just a bad, loose joints and the list goes on
I honestly thought the Imagination Works Goku would have taken the crown. It’s a perfect storm of poor decisions, bad design and expensive price... For a result that looks inferior to a Banpresto statue and doesn’t scale right, with articulation that can’t really be used. Poor Storm didn’t deserve this. But its companion figure certainly did.
This was a weird one. I get the Goku and Batman, but all the others seemed to be worst figures just because of aesthetics (bad head sculpt, paintjob,...). Seems to be a little exaggerated to put them on the worst figure list just for that. I’d get it more if the build quality was awful as well and they fall apart each time you look at them. Oh well, I don’t own any of them so it’s not like I can judge properly, but as a viewer, this seemed like a strange selection to me.

Any red based color is hard for some people to distinguish from similar colors.

Black and Pink rangers both make the list for bad ALT heads, but that fully terrible "Animated Series" Batman from McFarlane doesn't?!?
The SHF Kid Chichi is one of the worse figure for me this 2020. For Bandai to give us a paper like cape on that price point is totally unacceptable...

That Batman at number one is legit, but where is Mafex Cyclops? At a hundred bucks that figure is laughably bad.
