Hi Wally, I don’t know how I found your channel, but now I’m a subscriber😂😂😂😂
Thanks for making me reminisce about my childhood, my mom use to make it, I try to replicate it but it’s never as good as I remembered. 😂

Hi Linda, well thank you for subscribing 😆 I'm happy you found me too. Well the basic ingredients are the same. Just have to tweak the recipe as the way your mom made it. You can do it 😀

@@WallyCooksEverything Hi, would you be able to include a tutorial for how to make the beef and see-qwah dish? the see qwah is the long gourd that when dried becomes a loofah. I am sure you know the vegetable but I don't know the English word for it, but it's good. I loved it when my mother used to make it when she was still alive. Thanks!

Will do Marie 😀 I think it's referred to as Chinese Okra, I have to find it here in Thailand but I'm sure it's here 😀

@@WallyCooksEverything Oh, I didn't know it is called an okra. Now I know what to call it besides just saying it in Chinese. Not everyone knows what it is. Thanks for letting me know and I hope you can post a recipe for it. Thanks!!!

Hey Wally, love Beef & Tomato. Used to get that at Wo Hop's along with Cantonese Snails and Suey Kow soup/dumplings

Yeah I hope places like Wo Hop stay around for a long time. It’s their old time chefs that make the best foods 😀
