It didnt come out until april 85 but still in my opinion Kill em All, Show No Mercy and Bonded by blood and Fistful of metal really paved the way for Thrash metal. Testament, Sadus, Dark Angel, Death Angel, Sacred Reich are all Second wave Monsters of Thrash!!

This is awesome Testament trivia history! I knew Bostaph played/recorded with them on (a couple occasions?) but didn't recall Glen in the band. Yes, a great band Overkill and my favorites albuns are: Taking Over, Fell The Fire and Necroshine. Are a lot of bands, all great and is very hard for only big four.

Big Four is based on influence. Testament came out much later.
Anthrax coined the term Thrash from they're song Metal Thrashing Mad. So yeah...
