Over the wall, Alone in the dark (my favorite in album), practice what you preach, low and shades of war, eerie inhabitants, souls of black and face in the sky, the ritual and so many lies! These are my all times favorites.

I was the "photographer" for an interview with Testament AFTER the show (because we were late) back in... 1990?. Myself and 2 others were on their tour bus this was roughly 1990?... THEY WERE KINDA PISSED!!! because it was AFTER the show and NOT BEFORE like it was supposed to be. Alex was SOOOO COOL!! As was Erik. Chuck...NOT SO MUCH!!! Louie was cool too... EVERYONE but CHUCK was kinda like "ehhh whatever, PUBLICITY!!" (miniscule as it might have been)....STILL!!! one of MY ALL TIME FAVORITE RIFF MASTERS!!! ALEX and his INCREDIBLE SWEEPS!! ANYONE that listens to "The New Order" can hear those sweeps beginning to the end of the album.... so ETHEREAL! Alex and Erik are SO DAMN IN SYNC!!! Makes KK and Glenn look like.... well... ACTORS bobbing heads in the same direction at the same time, while Alex and Erik PLAY!!! Not to take anything away from KK and Glenn, BUT, NO COMPARISON!!!

Saw Testament's Practice What You Preach show at a small club with no more than a few hundred people in Tucson, Az back in the day; same venue I later saw Jimmy Cliff. Was an amazing show to say the least.

Dang. I saw them live on the Practice What You Preach tour. Walked in before the show started and saw some long-haired guy sitting on a speaker off to the side.. not on stage. Nobody really around him and I asked my friend is that...? Let's go see. Walked up and said are you ...? Yep. It was Eric just casually siting there, legs dangling and observing the crowd. He was super nice and down to earth.. signed our tickets. Very cool and it was a great show.

Thank you for inviting and interviewing Eric and Alex together. My way into metal music has begun with this band, which I prefer more than Metallica. And I'm very glad they mentioned "The Haunting" which is my favourite song. It's inspired me so much I have started playing guitar.
