The whole thing is shameful, the corruption and the assault
Looking for a justice when privileged are "misbehaving" is like looking for a needle in a hay hill in a barn. The privileged are not only above the law....they Are the law. The law is for us, the little people to obey.
Where's the evidence of corruption against the commissioner?
Someone’s used to living above the law
1:14 Besides a full grown tree to hide behind, the open handed slapper has a wife that shows face for him, and cover his guilt. That shows how brave he is indeed.
It's like having your mamma cover for your faults! How convenient.
They seem so pampered and well fed, and full of... entitlement and arrogance!
Jail would suit him just fine!
The question everyone should be asking is why is the city of Miami commissioner accompanied by a police Sargent of arms and a police security team? With taxpayers energies? Did the citizens approve that?
Citizens haven't approved anything for centuries. They get in and extort us.
Because they screw people…enraging them then going and hiding behind security

Why wasn’t Gimenez placed in a death chokehold like everyone else?
There's no such thing
You are disgusting to even say that saying something like that gives officers a bad name because of people like you thats not true get your facts straight they do not put everyone in a choke hold. I hope you never need help from a police officer. My father is a retired Chicago police officer and has helped and saved many lives so that's not to cool to say something like that and this guy should do jail time.
@@user-jf2lo4nn7j , you're right, they don't put EVERYONE in a choke hold. Mostly just black and Mexican people. And yes, cops save many lives. Lives that look just like them. The rest, they get the choke hold. You wouldn't know. You don't experience it. You just believe whatever daddy tells you. Have a nice day.

@@d.lawrence5670 Maybe if most of them didn’t act like jackasses in human idiots they wouldn’t have to worry about that!
It infuriates me when the term 'Substantial Penalties' is tossed about. To whom exactly is/are the Penalties Substantial? A $1,000 fine for example: is Substantial (DEVASTATING) to a retired senior citizen on S.S. or single parent earning hourly wage to raise children. Mrs. Gimenez on the other hand, probably spends that on one pair of shoes! And a 'One Year Jail' sentence in White-Collar LAW = Probation. The same pertains to 'FINES' as specified in the CONSTITUTION as UNREASONABLE. $1,000,000 is to Jeff Bezos as $1 is to the average U.S. citizen.
Exactly. Yet when I told a friend that in most of Scandinavia, traffic tickets are on a sliding scale (based on assets), he looked at me as if I had just praised Nazism. I guess one needs to understand the fourth grade mathematics of ''percentages'' to understand. That rules out a huge ''percentage'' of the US! But, yeah, I think you have made an excellent point, that is just one of many systemic injustices in the US legal industry.
SPOT ON!.✌🏽

What am I missing? The heading says " Surveillance Video Captures Congressman's Son Slapping Miami Commissioner At Coral Gables Restaurant" I watched this video three times and have not seen anyone slap anyone.
Well I hope that this person that did the slapping gets put in prison where he belongs.
What is on the video, I see is a bald man illegally detaining another man. I don't see a slap and I'm not willing to accept it as truth.
Go back and listen again. The bald guy was detaining him after he slapped the commissioner. He's doing his job as a security agent.
He was an off duty detective from another jurisdiction. This was after the slap. The guy tried to leave and the detective tried to detain him. He told the officer to let him go because he had no authority in that jurisdiction. He detained him until Coral Gables police arrived.
Is it JF? Yep The slap was not on the "video" I can't comment on anything I'm not a witness to and I don't give a damn what "they say" it's not on the video ! Powers of suggestion works the same way and we had enough of that sh_t for the last five years waiting on Schiff to produce evidence he claims he has and he said it on video. Does that give him any credibility the fact he said it on video , hell no ! Do you really expect me to be that naive. It doesn't matter what witnesses say if they're from within the commissioners circle, I would welcome the opportunity to interview other possible witnesses outside the commissioner's circle. I would have both parties under high scrutiny, Don't send me messages of contest because the guy is a commissioner, that means nothing hell you have plenty of video evidence of Speaker of the house for Pete's sake breaching her fidelity and on national television. If I got enough people to make allegations against you I can hang you up the same way and it happens every day by folk who hold positions of responsibility so naturally are we to "assume" they are credible ? Believe all of what you see and half of what you hear and do t bother me with jrhigh questions and statements. Here is a question to you, do you think your right to free speech Takes a back seat to your right to a fair trial. Second part of the question is " should it only matter if your ass was in the hot seat or someone else's" Let's say you take a gun away from a drunk waving it in your face and threatening you with it, you take the gun away you detain the individual awaiting police arrival, more than likely you will be sited for illegal detention one may say he was a off duty police officer or a member of his security detail, that makes it ok. It doesn't matter the individual has rights and in a less than perfect world everything is on the table. Wise up man. .
