True and using lower body momentum for dumbbell front raises is not using the shoulders/delts.he should lower the weight and do it without momentum.

I learned a ton from this video. Thanks boys. I’m working around a wrist injury from heavy straight bar bicep curls. I’ve been doing the shrugs wrong my entire life. Always kept my elbows locked straight. Never finished so high on the lateral machine. Can’t wait to hit shoulders and make adjustments. Thanks again. Great video. Happy Thanksgiving
Mike is a genetic freak. He hasn’t gained any weight since high school. He is consistent and never fluctuates with crazy body composition differences. The guy may be one of those guys that are one in a billion that was just blessed at birth with optimum hormone levels, unreal ligament and tendon strength, and round dense muscle bellies. I seriously started looking back on his career and the guy never had a drastic change in his physique where you could definitely say he’s using steroids. It’s crazy to say this, but I think the guy is telling the truth!
I do not have any problem maintain weight at age 55 so it is not so uncommon. Do work out if I do not work. I'm carpenter so do not work out at days when I do work. I had at age 25 T level 1050 naturally. I do not have nor near his muscle level. It is not possible without gear. He is genetic freak in sense that he drug itself for so long time and nothing happen to him.
Zeljko Situm I could almost go there with you but I’ve owned 2 gyms and been training 42 years and I’m 60. In the 80’s, a guy walked into the gym who had never lifted weights. He was as green as an avocado and had no idea what to do. He was in a tank and shorts. This guy looked better than the Texas amateur champ we had working out at our gym who had been lifting for years and doing PEDs. He looked like an anatomy chart and his friend put him on the chin bar and he repped out 25 perfect chins. Everyone just stopped training to look at this guy. He became a regular and a year later, he looked the same. No appreciable changes in size or definition and maybe a lb or two of muscle growth. I’ve seen a few guys close but none to that degree. This guys definition and muscle structure was seriously like an anatomy chart with paper thin skin. It’s not fair! I think O Hearn is one of those guys. I’ve seen a huge black dude that never lifted and was only missing back development that could put on trunks and win any local national show. Genetics are God given and people that have them like Lee Preist are just freaks. Gods little experiments that really piss us guys off that work hard for every ounce of muscle. That’s life!

@@papaspaulding Yeah he should cut way back on the weight, however maybe he has a back problem, but hey I guess at least he got a workout putting the plates on lol!
@@channel1800dumb I had lower back surgery in 05 and still don't squat or deadlift (trapbar deadlift is okay though) as per my lower back but leg press is fine and never been a problem even before surgery when i had two slipped discs (for me at least)
