Google makes things so complicated, just make it so when you open up settings in the app there is a wifi button!

  • @madnessintomagic

There’s no “wifi” button anywhere in any page of Google Home. Not the main page or any device. Doesn’t exist. Did this change?

It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to remove my device completely and add it to change wifi settings. For a tech company it truly is inexcusable.

I couldn’t agree more. I just moved to my sister’s house, and it’s a nightmare connecting my devices to her Wi-Fi network. I literally can’t believe how inept this company is. Not a shred of understanding of how to make systems logical, sensible, and user-friendly. Pathetic and disgraceful. Google should be ashamed of itself.

No wifi option lol. Too bad Google removed the option for that, I guess I have no choice but to factory reset all my devices and reconnect them to the new wifi provider. If there's not a better way, what a flaw in design.

Google Nest products are so not worth the money. The hubs are pretty useless. Better off buying an iPad and running Google Home from that. There’s no way to set it up so the cameras display automatically when there is a notification. You can’t even link a TH-cam account properly. The list of problems go on and on. Biggest regret is not being able to sell to recover my investment in these worthless devices. The cameras are decent though.

Didn't work for me, on the home page, underneath they suggested like connect Google home etc. Click that then follow the simple steps and it works
