Great update Rosey and well done for taking that leap of faith and starting new things. 🥳wishing you loads of success for NR and the training ventures 👍🏻🍾
Calling this move a leap of faith is laughable. It sounds like Rosey hasn't even left. Most people don't check in 52 times a year when they leave a job. The ability to waive anti-competition obligations and hedge is always the biggest privilege you get at a family business, not inflated salaries and quick promotions. A 23-year-old homeowner with a new Vogue and enough money to start an incredibly ambitious business is 'brave' for trying to wash away the awkward stench of Nepotism? Come off it! The incredibly strange choice of B-roll at 07.39 sums up my reaction to this. 😂
Great to hear others like yourself, aiming to change business from the core as I’m trying to do. It’s a hard slog, but people are very receptive once they get involved in your vision. Keep it going! 👍
I just came here as I was a little interested in getting to property development, you got a subscriber for life here when you said you’re gonna tell us everything behind the scenes, that’s exactly what I need! Thank you!
Hi Rosey, great video. Really resonated with me as I also joined my family’s business at the age of 21 and recently decided to take a step back the age of 28. I’ve been working for an independent estate agent since the start of the year and I’m really enjoying it. Property has always been a big part of my life because of my father and I do one day aspire to be a developer. Thank you for sharing your story and best of luck with the new venture 🙂
Having worked in my family business both employed and now as external Consultant I fully understand your decision and wish you all the best for the future going forward
Saw this coming sometime ago... spread your wings and fly, fly, fly! Ms Cassidy and all best wishes, for you are a disrupter with Branson like qualities... I’m watching the space you are creating to scale and grow on all levels 💪🖖👍🌈🙏🏼
So the course looks amazing. But without having and idea of the price and time required to complete it I feel a but uncomfortable setting up a 45 minutes zoom call. Same as when I invest in real estate I need to do a cost / benefit analysis. I also need to manage my tine better. So before adding a course to my schedule I need to have a little bit more details. This does not seem to be a high volume course so it seems like you will have to charge quite a high amount to cover cost and make a fair profit. More details would be highly appreciated before setting up a call.
*_Sick video Rosey, absolutely love the new vision moving forward and i look forward to following your journey. p.s. love the new dog, looks just like my little girl Chi haha_*
I want to start a estate business in country that I know I won' t make profits and I understand that it will effect my progress. However, I want see living conditions of that country to improve. What is your advice on this circumstance?
All this at 23!!! I want to do the same I’m 20 rn how do I go about this! Love the property game. Would you say you’ve achieved this so soon due to it having been in the family or is it genuinely all your own work (that sounds like hate but genuinely curious as I’m in a similar situation).
Well done young lady, however I hope it wasn't other people's opinion that pushed you away from the family business. Either way I hope things go well for Newman Rose
In your honest opinion, does the property development course offer substantial value to a novice in the business in an other market? I'm 24 years old and just started work at a property developer as an account manager, searching for land and buildings and starting up negotiations, getting planning permission, .... Tomorrow is my third day and I'm still struggling to have a plan set up on how I can generate the most and good leads in an efficient manner. Feel like networking with real estate agents, notary's etc. is a way to go but don't really know in which way to approach them best. Thanks for the video. Hope there's more content coming soon!
No matter what you do people will always have something to say, especially the ones going nowhere carrier wise. That said, you shouldn't have left your family business, but I'm sure you had your personal reasons and on that note, I would like to work with you. From what I have seen, you know your stuff. Can I have your email address?
Impressive young lady with high ambitions. Well done and good luck Rosey
Thank you 🙏🏻
Your dad has done extremely well. Would love to meet him. What an inspiration he is
@Mr Smith He's probably stood on a few heads on the way to the top, but inside every rich man is a poor child who's just chasing his dreams.
You sound like such a melt
