1:24 Stroking in the wrong direction or holding the tool straight perpendicular to the skin
3:48 Using one hand instead of 2
You should actually use the other hand to hold the skin firmly
5:03 Using too much pressure
7:23 Overdoing face massage gua sha
Do 8 to 10 times each spot, 3 to 4 minutes on the face should be enough
8:07 Using gua sha on dry face
👽👽Bonus tip:
10:29 Better to use different shape tools for different contours instead of just one
👽👽 strokes that she shows:
7:29- 8:02 some she also shows with color later
10:51-11:19 a few with other shapes
