    It's relatively easy to make your own natto if you have the tools like a pressure cooker and chicken egg incubator. It is an acquired taste, however, so buy it for a while to see if you can get over yourself on this one. Making it yourself is also extremely inexpensive at less than $20 a year or lower depending on the beans you use. Yes, natto can be made from any bean, smaller beans are better for their larger surface area per unit of volume. I make it monthly and freeze it in small containers, defrosting them as needed for my twice a week natto fix. Natto can be used in many creative ways and there is no need to stick to tradition. I've explored cultivating the natto bacteria on other substances as well with excellent results.

      I did too, but I wasn't too happy with the "experience"
      But recently I bought the small Japanese 3 in 1 packs from the freezer in the Asian supermarket we have here, it comes with small amount of mustard and some sauce, and I liked it!
      I went back and bought 4 more! 👍🏻

    At 23:53, the chart / graph lower right shows “Vitamin K Reductase / VKOR” as related to NAD(P)+ ; Is the “ATP Production” facilitated via increased NAD+, via Vitamin K2 ? The bottom line : Is Vitamin K2 a NAD+ agonist ? How does Vitamin K2 compare / contrast with / to Harvard’s David Sinclair on NMN / NR ? Which NAD+ pathway ?

    I am 73 and had problems with a shoulder, probably calcification in my tendons. It was later solved probably due to mk7 Vit K. Is that plausible?
    One more question though: Those who have plaque could possibly benefit from some calcium in order to stabilize the plaque. True? I plan to examine my arteries b.t.w. (though I am very healty)

    Aren't beans fermented in the gut by gut bacteria? How does eating soybeans compare to eating natto for increasing MK-7 in the blood? I haven't found any studies making the comparison.
