Your style is so refreshing. a lot of sewing TH-camrs tend to have the same “look” to their things which isn’t a bad thing but it’s nice to see something different
Our tastes are very different so I don't really "like" any of these pieces for me. But I love them for you and I appreciate the talent and thought you put into your work. Especially the way you experiment and think outside the box of what people usually make for themselves.
The dress you said was a fail was actually the piece I was most excited for you to show off bc I liked it so much! The fabric is so beautiful, and the ruffle collar and the silhouette are so cute!
the dress you didn't try on has suchhhh dreamy fabric! totally get why you wouldn't want to tackle it again just yet though. that last dress is perfection, i really loved the double layer blue skirt too i'd die for a tutorial
you can see it on in the video i did about it haha one day i'll get back to it 😅 the double skirt is actually two old round tablecloths i thrifted! if i ever find something like that again ill for sure show the process ❤️
The white cropped blouse you said fell off your arms, you could and a tie across the back. Would be cute and hold the shoulder area up. I enjoyed watching. A couple pieces you made I really like. Happy sewing❤
i do love the bag with the chain and the many pouches! the patchwork jacket is great!!! I'm not so into the bubble skirt dress, but thats just because i don't like bubble skirts
Yes, a slip will not only keep skirts and dresses from bunching up between your legs but helps your clothing slide over your body so you don't have to keep adjusting. They are also great under sheer fabrics...letting sheer fabrics shine while preserving modesty. I don't understand why they went out of fashion.

I love all your work and it inspired me to make a jacket out of a table cloth. The fabric gives a tweed vibe! So good 👍

Just a tip- pour talk power on the stains. Saturate them, and leave them there. Remove dust lightly. Repeat. The talk will absorb the grease.
ill have to try that out, thanks!
Get yourself an old fashioned under slip to keep your skirts from clinging.
something ill need to put on my thrift list :)
The beach cover skirt would also look great over a short skirt.
oooo true true

So true!
I agree, you need to have at least 3 different lengths of slips for different hemlines.
I like many things you created, but the brown dress strikes me as elegant. I dont like the shorts because of the pocket placement.
the brown dress is definitely a fav!
