I'm curious if you've considered an Ultrasonic leak detector like the AccuTrak Ultrasonic? Given the number of times you returned, it may pay for itself in short order. Just a thought anyway.
That's a tough one. Volunteer supported hatchery trying to do good. Built a cobbled together water cooler for fish eggs. Held charge for 2 years. Not saying I would gas back back up, but not saying I wouldn't! Good on ya with the leak at pressure switch. Happens a lot.
what a cobbled mess that was and the custom cobbled condenser, they sure packed the control area with stuff. transformer, bypass timer, delay timer, probably had a low pressure/high pressure switch added. yummy yummy.

You were the correct size to squeeze into that tight spot!
