    Really great. As a fitter, I very much appreciate this. Yes, I can sift through all of the numbers and make conclusions and certainly put them through the paces, but it's great to here the designers take on them. Keep it coming!

    Just switched from the smoke, to the Evenflo today. Golf Galaxy in Plymouth MN. I'm just not strong enough anymore for the stiff stuff anymore. Looking forward to hitting more fairways.

    Great info, fitted hazardous smoke to my m2 head driver a while ago and I must have gained 15 yards compared to the stock shaft that was on it originally. Took a couple of weeks to adjust to but they go off like bullets now. Now I understand why. 👍🏻

    Helped me. I wish I had seen this before I made a purchase. I just got a PXG hybrid with Smoke I should’ve gotten the Riptide.

    This is very cool! I’ve been wanting to learn about shafts but everything is too advanced for me as a beginner that knows absolutely nothing. I’ve been begging for a “Shafts 101” or “Shafts for Dummies” series and finally I have an answer. I’ve got lots of homework to do! Thank you!!!

    Just got my Smoke Black 80H 6.5 in for my DI. Per my local club builder I talk with a bit I have a violent transition. The rogue black 2.8S wasn’t cutting it in my King UI. Nice feeling shaft, just couldn’t keep up.

    The idea behind the MCC plus 4 (which I play in my irons) is the even grip diameter for both hands. With the HZRDUS SMOKE YELLOW 60 that came stock on my Speedzone Xtreme driver a grip like this would not be needed?

    I loved my Projekt X 6.0 (completely blue) in my old Nike VRpro driver, VRpro 4wood and my Bridgestone hybrids....
    So smooth👌(for my swing)
    The Driver shaft is broken.🙈
    Whitch shaft have neerly the same performance, kickpoint, and so on in the Projekt X line!?🤔

    I have a hzrdus yellow in the driver, but 80g riptide shafts in the hybrids. Think this works well for my game, i get a little extra launch and spin on the hybrids but the driver stays pretty straight to slight cut.

    How would you compare the amount Counterbalance in the Smoke Yellow vs The Riptide CB? I seen your video about the Smoke Yellow where you Said the original Hzrdus Yellow was a bit less Counterbalanced than the smoke, so I'm curious between those 3 how they rank in the amount of counterbalance.

    I'm curious to know; what does "Small Batch" mean for the shafts? I've seen them mentioned for Smoke and EvenFlow but I'm still not sure how they're different from non Small batch versions?

    I just got fitted. My swing speed is 75. The best club I hit was Callaway Epic LS with a smoke 5.5 50 shaft, my spin was 2600 to 2900. I tried the Riptide and kept having an aggressive fade and over 3200, went to smoke and went straight with slight fade and draw. I'm confused. I have a flat swing, don't hit up on the ball...we'll see how it does on the coarse.

  • @Dogooddontbesilly

    Ah ok. That explains why it feels like I have to wait a bit at the top of my swing (cb riptide) before loading on the down swing.

    Keenan, what would be the biggest differences between the Hzrdus T1100 that I'm currently playing and the Smoke Green?

    • @TrueTemperGolf
      @TrueTemperGolf  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Biggest difference would be T1100 is counterbalanced and Smoke Green is not! Similar profiles outside of that.

    • @SPLaddict1029
      @SPLaddict1029 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ok! Good to know! We'll keep banging away with the T1100 for now then! It has been amazing for a while now! Maybe if I win the giveaway we can give the Smoke Green a shot! Keep up the great work guys 👍

      One more question, and this one is going a little old school. Does Smoke Green carry any resemblance to the Grafalloy Blue? That thing has to go down as my favorite shaft of all time!

    • @TrueTemperGolf
      @TrueTemperGolf  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@SPLaddict1029 Similar shape of bend profile. Smoke Green will be stiffer in butt, mid and tip section than Grafalloy Blue though. Although, Grafalloy Blue's torque will be a bit lower.

    I’ve got a smoke black in stiff and it feels like a x stiff. I’ve got my feel of Hazardous shafts. I will never own another one, I don’t think DJ could load that shaft. I’m going back to Graphite Design AD DI. I thought this might be a cheaper alternative since it was not handcrafted and for the masses but that’s a negative.

    • @apaulmcdonough2170
      @apaulmcdonough2170 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It very likely feels like an *"X" because Its "S" IS as Stiff as an "X" in your Original Shaft.*
      "R, S, X" are *NOT Universal Equivalents.*

    • @Lefishn
      @Lefishn ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No need to bitch just cause it doesn't suit you. There are probably 3000 other shafts that don't suit you as well so just take it that your swing doesn't suit the shaft and move on
