Please keep the videos coming your changing the barbering game bro big ups!
@@TH-camBarberAcademy Thanks for reply. I’ve watched possible over 100 of your videos & I now have my own mobile barbering business just started. Honest to god I’ve taken my time, studied your work. I even skin fade my own hair with clippers & handheld mirrors. I’ve just invested in 2 halo lights as most places I cut are peoples homes, and the lighting isn’t all that great so I’m going to set them up. Thank you once again, your the boss and I appreciate you wholeheartedly
The shop I'm in has extremely bright LED's on the ceiling. They are basically pure white like the ring lights. It casts so many shadows that it makes it so hard to blend a bald fade. Would adding a small ring light to the station, to get that sideways angle help me or make it worse? It's seriously frustrating and I've asked the owner to turn them down but they never do. Everyone struggles with anything close to skin and making the client tilt their head so far for that long is not realistic.
Most barbers that make haircut vids on TH-cam don’t put their cameras on the ring light lol it won’t fit plus you can’t even flip the lcd screen to check if your in focus etc. they just use a tripod
Thanks for all the info. Currently I’m using two 14in ring lights for my mobile setup, but it’s a lot to set up. Do you think the panel lights could work better?
How important is having a light directly overhead? I'm grabbing that work light, and have studio lights in my 4 corners but nothing overhead in the space i have.
@youtubebarberacademy brother I know you’re busy and I appreciate all you do with your channel. But I asked you awhile ago about the goose neck mount light you use at your station. And you told me that they aren’t available anymore and I see that’s still the case. But you told me you’d explain to me what I could use in replacement for it. I know you never got back to it. And I know you’re very busy. But I’d really appreciate it because I didn’t want to get the ring light because they give me headaches. But I need more light. Hope you see this and can help me get that light or something similar (or point me in the direction I mean). Ty in advanced my brother And God bless.
Im going crazy over lighting bought 2 rings lights thinking the will help but i cant seem to get rid of the glare reflecting off of the hair which blinds me from details. And if i turn off the ring lights i cant see what im cutting clearly. Ill try the small squred light next i hope thats the one!
Put the ring light a bit further away and maybe dim a lil bit. Find a happy medium I absolutely love my ring lights for fades you can see so clear into the fade.
@@brianhoey8819 i cant seen to find the right setting it always looks worse under sunlight. I went from 20 minute fades to 40 minutes ever since i left a well lit shop.
Dude same. I feel like the ring lights have made me go from blurry fades To taking a pic of the cut after & now seeing lines . Like while I cut under the ring light it looks clean then the pic got demarcations 😔 maybe it’s my ring light settting
Right now I just cut at home, but lighting isn’t the best. Do you think the head lamp would be the best option for me right now? Or should I invest in a ring light?
Great info bro thanks, i been doing delivery house cuts lately ,, but i tell people only durin daylight , whats the best light to have for a haircut at night in somenoes backyard or house??? Again thanks for the info 👍👍🙏✊

Panel light with gooseneck. 2pack ? Does this mean it comes with two lights?

You should start using a tripod in front of the ring light when you do another haircut tutorial
