She was also the goddess of women and (i think) marriage and fertility. She cared a lot about whether or not someone cheated on their wife, and would condemn those that did. She had also never cheated on her husband, zeus, who had, and zeus had multiple children; not with Hera.
I read somewhere it's the same person singing in the snippet as Athena's VA, and knowing that I can definitely hear it. She's just singing in a deeper voice.
