    Please make more like this! I workout in the morning and don't always feel like doing HIIT at 5:30am, but workouts like these still get my heart rate up and are a great way to start the day!

    13 hours after uploading the video and I'm doing it right now! 60 % of the workout are completed and I'm writing this while resting! I absolutely love it!! Being honest I don't like a lot of jumping, so this workout is like clearly created for me! Thanks!!

    Ich habe dir noch kein Kommentar hinterlassen Anna, aber ich muss wirklich sagen du bist die einzige die mich immer wieder motiviert wieder und wieder anzufangen und mich nicht aufzugeben..
    Ich habe drei Kinder unter 6 Jahren und habe seit der ersten Schwangerschaft immer Probleme von meinem. Gewicht runter zu kommen, vorallem die Ernährung fällt mir schwer und genug Bewegung und Schritte trotz das man viel zu tun hat mit den Kindern. Heute habe ich zum gefühlt 100 ten mal. Wieder angefangen und hoffe irgendwann eine richtige Routine rein zu bekommen.

    hi anna! i have been seeing your vids but i havent workout out w you until today (i have pcos so alot of HIT workouts is not recommend) however this one was great! i prefer weight lifting so this one worked for me, though i am on my period and sick and was not able to do all of the exercises today i feel great. thankyou alot, i look forward to sweat w you more often

    Been doing your workouts for a few months now. Loved this one, it went really fast, wasn't watching the progress bar as much as I would with a HIIT 🤣 Thanks to you I think it's time to increase my weights 💪

    AHHHHH, I just finished good and I feel SO GOOD, I usually can only do 30 seconds and then the last ten I get to tiered but today I pushed and I feel wonderfulll!! Thank you Anna!!
