Visited this place a couple of days back with my family and witnessed a really ugly experience in which I caught a person peeping into the washroom from a man made hole, I reported the incident to the management, spoke to the resort manager (Sameera) & to one of the owners (Kushantha) but sadly they did not get back to me with a proper solution. I had requested them to refund me my money & also find the culprit by doing an internal investigation but unfortunately they did nothing which was really disappointing & frustrating. There were a few holes in both the room & washroom, it seemed to be like a job done by an insider (Staff). I gave them ample of time to look into and take action but they couldn't care less about what had happened to me. Well thinking about it and looking at how the holes were placed, it might have happened to many whom trusted their service and went there to relax but never noticed what had been truly going on. There were a few staff (Front Desk) who were genuinely concerned about what had happened & tried their level best to sort the issue but it seemed like their actions were limited cause of the management's ignorance and lack of suppport due to no concern what so ever. I was mostly devastated with what had happened cause I had trusted this place, paid them accordingly and eventually only to put my loved ones at risk. For those who are planning to visit this place, visit at your own risk cause they don't take any responsibility and they simply don't value a person's privacy. Anyhow, what had happened to me was a criminal offense cause it's a violation of privacy. They do not understand the gravity of what had happened hence the lack of concern & heart, they are to know; the most important characteristics of any service provided are privacy & integrity which they clearly do not facilitate. Please be careful in visiting such places and share this to spread awareness! #unsafeplace#visitatyourownrisk
