How to make homemade butter with a pint, (500ml) of cream. 🧈 and 2% dairy salt, (with no additives) at the end.
Using cream from the shops will be fine, as it’s usually a day or two old already, (rather than cream that’s still warm, fresh from the Jersey cows). 🐮
