here in my country if we used so much cream cheese it will be more expensive and few people will buy it. :( i love cream cheese than lemon curd. so i will still buy it because i am after the taste and quality.
You are the hardest worker! So organized and loving your work. If you haven't already made one, I'd love to see a video about making your heart shaped cakes... mixing the batter, lining the pans, measuring out the batter, etc. Thanks for a peek behind the scenes.
You must start another youtube channel dedicated to baking recipes.. It would be very helpful for those who are not in Australia or cant visit your Bakery

TH-cam is filled with channels of famous professional bakers who are teaching the viewers how to make their best recipes. Everyone bakes different even if she tells how to bake a particular cookie, it does not mean that it is going to turn out exactly like hers..
@@mistyrose3042 Famous professionals, they've most likely written a book or more, have more bakeries, done tours and appearances to be able to work less than this wonderful Young lady, but I doubt anyone could keep her away from the kitchen lol to have the money that it didn't matter if she shared her older recipes that weren't popular,. People would copy them and not make the effort they do to buy them. The idea is fabulous for tips and tricks and maybe viewers suggestions..... Why don't you pitch something like that to her?

There are many bakers who share short videos on tips and tricks, maybe she can give such tips which can be good for baking especially cookies and cakes.. I worked at Crumbl cookie for a summer... and I PROMISE it is operated almost exactly the same as what you see the ladies doing here. Down to a T! Would NOT be surprised if they were inspired or took a few recipes! Btw: The famous "secret" ingredient is cake mix. 😩😭🤣🙄
