    ABOUT TRAVIS
    After surviving a near death experience in Kauai and another during the Thailand Tsunami of 2004, Travis Eliot dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of yoga and meditation to as many people as possible. Travis is a world-renowned yoga and meditation teacher and author. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his family and teaches his signature Holistic Yoga Flow classes in workshops, festivals and retreats around the world.     Just want to say the first day I tried yin ,it was with you and it was my most challenging practice ever .I could not stay in the pose .I would peek to see if my wifi stopped .The time between poses felt like endless. Today I saw yin and I smiled .Thanks for helping me to stick with it and to continue. Much love to you and your team ❤ and to the yoga community ❤ ♥

    Cant do with out yin yoga ,most of the poses is not so simply ,but ,I find other ways in doing the same pose,😊,I’m 76,😅 with some back problems,yin yoga ,in moderation,does wonder,love ❤Travis,enjoy his way of guidance through yoga.

    Travis I’ve subscribed your yoga and it’s challenging but I love it all! I also let you know that I am recommending you to all those people that love doing yoga! I just turn 70 years old and have a pace maker and recently I had a bowel abstraction surgery around October 2022 but I am back doing your yoga classes. I do know how to modify if I needed. I wish I can afford to pay monthly but I can’t afford as of now. Just keep doing what you love to do cause you’re so amazing and wonderful yoga instructor and a great teacher! I just letting you know that all yoga poses are challenging, but I truly enjoy yoga cause it feels so good after doing all those challenging poses, breathing and meditations! Have the best health to you and your family and Happy New Years! I’m from Fayetteville North Carolina. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
