    Quick note: I also sometimes like putting sneeds earlier because it could summon a nadina (if I have dragons) or bagurgle (if I have murlocs) OR foe reaper. There are also a lot of small positioning tips for every composition (like how to position resets for mechs, where to put hydra/goldrinn for beasts...) but those are best covered in their own guide videos :) Leave any others down below though!

    I'm not sure how reliable of a tip it is, but once people start finding direction, say turns 5-7, I try to scout to see which way the lobby is going and avoid big clumps. Like if half the lobby is going murlocs, I'm probably not gonna find the key units so I'll look for a different comp. Of course, Bob doesn't really care what you want, so if he offers nothing but brann, bagurgles, and toxfins, I accept my fate and hope for the best. It's not a guaranteed tip though. I've definitely been the only player for a particular tribe in a lobby only to still whiff on my rolls and die early. It's just something I like to keep in mind..

    Yo, Mad respect+appreciation for these vids. Having your thought process and methods as a reference has been a big help in learning the game, and getting pointed in the right direction with my own build theory.
    Two concepts I don't have a solid grasp of as a newer player are countering and transitioning. Countering is something you learn by getting countered, but transitioning has been a slow process of trial and error.
    Thought I'd throw them out there as potential video ideas 😳

    • @ItsBen321
      @ItsBen321  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks! I had both ideas already written down for future videos ;) countering is indeed something you learn pretty fast. But there are sooo many different kind of transitions (mid-game, dragons, beasts, khadgar, longer transitions, poison...) I either make 1 giant video or just cover transitions in other guides (like i my beast buide I talk about how you transition into it)

    Hey ben thanks for the video, I think you have a lot of video ideas that you're working on so I'm not sure on how to suggest ideas but if you have time, why not make a guide on how to play specific heroes. For example you could do a poll saying "which one of these heroes should I do a guide on: George, Ysera, Rag or Omu" or something like that and people who choose the hero with the most votes you choose to make a small guide on, complied and edited kinds like this video here instead of just making a VOD. Just a suggestion if ynow you're running out of ideas or having to delay some videos cause they're complicated or something. I don't mean to criticize your videos or your schedule, you genuinely are my favourite hearthstone youtuber to watch and I'm not asking for these video ideas because of my own personal selfish desires, I'm merely just making suggestions incase it helps your channel grow cause your channel defo deserves to be bigger than it is. A lot of small youtubers such as Ecore and Rarran are making regular polls (albeit useless ones sometimes) but it helps their channel a lot. Sorry if this comment ended up being too long.

      Thanks for the feedback man. I do plan on making more of those! So far I only did one for Millhouse. The main series I want to focus on are: Hero guides, composition guides, general guides/tips (like this one) and the achievement guides. I usually do my polls on twitter :p But I did start editing for a couple other youtube channels as well so guides will come out less frequently than they used to.

      @@ItsBen321 I know it's been 5 months - but I just saw the comments after watching the video. I really like how you put ideas out there - easy to understand and follow, or adapt. I hope you take the suggestion above. I have watched a lot of videos now on the basics, or even advanced ideas. (This is my favorite so far!) But I really struggle to either play, or counter, the hero's I don't play much. I feel like your way of explaining things would be beneficial for us "not quite noobs, but definitely not experts yet" people if you chose to do videos on how to play specific heroes, and more tips about it. I SEE people making plays I didn't think of - I try to learn. But having it explained the way you explain things would be amazing!

    never put hyena/Junk last on a full board. Bob makes sure your opponent always gets to kill what's there first after taunts :) So I usually puts them second to last.

    Yikes, latest patch has made parts of this video obsolete. Everyone must play around Elistra or she'll gobble up the small poison minions and bumpers.

      Ye Elistra is a really big deal now late-game, might make a separate video covering her because she also has some cool interactions

    What do you think about positioning Herald of Flame? If there is a chance of divine shield taunt, I wont position it first, even if its the highest attack and often position it before stronger attackers because you want to try and get it to proc.

    • @ItsBen321
      @ItsBen321  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      if it's really early I love putting it early as well cus it destroy opponents. But later in the game is pretty much does nothing, so I just position big from small still. UNLESS if I know my opponent has deflect-o-bots, then I put it 2nd or 3rd so they attack in first. I get rid of the shield on the taunt, then kill the taunt and give him a reset, THEN overkill and get rid of his deflecto shield for free!

    I can't understand most of what you are saying. Your accent is pretty deep. I don't know who you are directing this video to. It would seem that one would have to be a marginally "good" player to utilize any of your suggestions. Which takes this from "tips" to "just in case you didn't know".

    • @ItsBen321
      @ItsBen321  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I have an accent yes but try my best, that's all I can do. And this video literally just covers positioning basics so even people who are brand new to the game can use these tips to improve their gameplay. High level players already know most of these, i think calling it a tip/guide video still applies for sure
