People that have never minecraft will literally think you're speaking another language and that's fantastic.
I think this applies to most games of that building/deep story type. I don't even have surface level understanding of Factorio, Stardew Valley, etc so a video on them would sound foreign.

I found out that on bedrock edition, ( not sure if on java too, ) if you make copies of your world before opening an ominous vault, the items in the vault are totally different each time. As long as you keep 1 copy without opening the vault in it, you can infinitely reset the same vault for wind burst 1 books. I got like 3 of my 4 by doing it. This can be beneficial for preventing the world size from getting too big.

Going from Java to Bedrock to play with my wife was such a rude awakening in the nether. Especially since all mobs have no problem spawning way closer and more frequently.
Me and my brother encountered two ominous baby zombie spawners in the same room… we both died several times
Fun fact: I almost lost my hardcore world after getting jumped by several piglin brutes, popped a totem and made it out. So yes, bastions are quite hard.
Only if you do them wrong. A two block tall pillar would have saved you.
Lost my first hardcore world that had lasted a good while to a piglin brute dropping down on me when I was looting one of the spawner chests

@@samlewis6487 Can brutes have crossbows? I know piglins can and they're in bastions as well but Im not sure for the brutes. Ive been abused in bastions though so they can be quite difficult if you mess up even the slightest 🙃Its either that or the game hates me which is very possible lol

Can confirm, trials have been a nightmare, I had to fight breeze and stray at the same time and it sucked, breezes are too fast and strays slow me down,it sucked and it was not even an ominous one, I have literally haven't fought the bogged head on either, it just so much more worse on mobile, I would so take silverfish and normal spider Spawners any time over the others and all you get for all that hardship is just some potatoes, I love potatoes but it is annoying

For the case of the Ominous Trial, the affect of the potion doesn’t increase the difficulty, but instead Increases the duration of the Ominous Trial effect. By how much I don’t recall, but there’s a substantial gap from level 1 and 5.
Yes, it gives you 15 mins of Trial Omen per level (so up to 75 mins with level V)

There is a difference in Bedrock, different levels of Bad Omen grant different lengths of Trial Omen.
whoever says that the bundles are an early game item I can safely say that they are in fact more useful as a late game item because in the late game you can get a lot of different expensive items that can technically stack but it's rare to get full stacks of them just wasting time in the treasure shulker boxes
Yeah you also have them to save multiple items past the 64 limit

You can save 28 iron blocks
16 gold blocks
6 redstone blocks
4 emerald blocks
4 diamond blocks
1 netherite block
Yeah tecnically its 64 items but due to being blocks you are saving 576 items in one bundle

I recently started a long term solo world... when I dug down during the first night I found an ancient city... looted it (being careful to let the game cool down once I triggered shriekers a few times... ) it was a really great way to start the game! I managed to loot a perfect Diamond Pick as well, and a ton of interesting loot

The only time I've died in the many trial chambers I've cleared in search of Wind Burst enchanted books was from a double baby zombie spawner... absolute nightmare. Also, I don't think the illagers came to the ancient cities later. I think the ancient cities existed before the illagers were outcast from the rest of society (yes, they were outcast due to their "unspeakable acts" according to the Minecraft Mobeastiary). They all went underground to escape the wither, illagers included. A structure you can find in the ancient city includes a dark oak tower, which looks very similar to an outpost and could've likely been used by the illagers (when they were still villagers) to keep a lookout over the city in case the wither showed up. They used the trial chambers as a training grounds to fight the wither, and you can find axes and crossbows as loot, and who do we know who still prefers to use axes and crossbows? That's right, Illagers.

Oh my God I totally forgot about baby zombie spawners! So far I've only seen zombie slime and stray. For two of the trial chambers that I've gotten it was that combination. So right now I'm lucky I'm on an easier kind of set of trial Chambers
So many myths I’ve been told! I was surprised how many things I thought were true that you covered. I never even tried planting sugarcane in anything other than sand because I’d been told it requires sand to even be planted and to grow.
My first time finding the baby zombie spawner was in a modded server and I was like: “There’s no way that mojang put these stupid spawners in” diamond armor baby zombies are horrible
Honestly, no, even in the late game bundles will be useful. Because unless you're at a wood Farm or something like that how often do you need just one or two saplings to grow enough wood to use in a specific build, or needing some more dye, so you put all of the saplings/flowers into one single bundle and a stack of bone blocks and there is _half to 1 and a half_ shulker boxes in *ONE SLOT!*
Speaking to the baby zombies with full armor you can set up a place with water to turn them into drown and they drop all their armor. I got diamond with armor trim with protection 4 by doing this. This works with zombies and babies zombies but the babies are easier
when you did ominous trail with the bottles only the first one was ominous the second one was a normal trail
My friends and I got annihilated while wearing full netherite and protection 4 by baby zombies with bad omen 5 in a matter of seconds
A myth that a lot of people still believe and youtubers tend to propagate is that Looting works in your off hand. It only works in your main hand though but you can hold another weapon in your off hand to get the Looting effect on it as long as the Looting sword is in your main hand
Thorns works on items in both hands, I didn't expect Looting to only work in the main hand.

@conradandrew825 you can't hold swords in your offhand at all on Bedrock. And I just checked the game code, it HAS to be in your main hand. Please stop spreading misinformation

I went into a trial chamber on Java recently with a full diamond armor set and a diamond axe as well as some food and ominous bottles. I came out with multiple deaths to my name after I discovered to my horror the place was littered with baby zombie spawners.
I recently learned that with so many bugs in the game, monsters will sometimes ABSOLUTELY spawn where they technically cant. Except for peaceful. I got so sick of this, that i turned off their sounds. I still do the torches and the same stuff, but i dont have to hear the stupid zombies moaning. If i ever hear it again, itll be too soon.
After the bastions became a must for netherite upgrades I just stack up on invisibility and pray. They won’t agro unless you hold something, so as long as your looting the place butt naked you’ll be ok😂
I was wondering about this with the ominous bottle levels. Because surely at least with the armored ones it would make it more likely so that it would spawn diamond armor or something like that but I guess not I guess they have the same amount of chance equally no matter which level you get
I wish the allay would stick to the note block for longer.
It is annoying for the block to constantly make noise for the allay to stay in the area. And nore annoying to hear the note block constantly make noise.
Had they made the allay have a longer attention span (as jn stay near the note block longer)
Or have a way to upgrade a noteblock to make it a home for the allay.
It would make them all the more useful and fun to keep.
It could even be a play on the fairy garden aesthetic.

me and my friend found 2 ancient cities early game, and of course I went through both of those cities because I wanted some quick mid game loot because I wanted to be kinda strong so that I can build stuff without worrying too much about death
The ominous vault should be in the creative inventory as its own separate thing.
whenever I go to a Trial Chamber, The breezes when they spawn, they keep spamming wind charges and jumping 56304 blocks right when im about to hit it
I always take out the piglin brutes with a lava bucket. Still not easy because they can sneak up on you and you need to stay very focused, but at least the piglins stay nice (if you open a chest/mine they de-agro after a bit, at least on java, so you can put blocks around you and they will not be able to attack you and forgive you later)

I duped keys and then speedran trials in peaceful, trials were fun but after like 8 hours of fighting it got a bit tedious
I did the trail chambers with iron armor with enchantments on it so it is pretty hard especially if you are on a handheld device that can play Minecraft

One of the sugarcane on sand actually was the last one to grow to full height because it wasn't full height just before you turned to look at it. So if anything dirt is quicker, although it is most likely the same rate and just got ticked first.

I'm deep past endgame in Minecraft, fully enchanted netherite armor and tools, a few spare elytras, several beacons and multiple wither skeleton heads stored in a chest, an ender chest filled with shulker boxes and multiple other shulker boxes just laying around the world as if they were normal chests, and I *still* find bundles very useful.
People who say bundles are useless just haven't bothered trying to use them. The only gripe I have with how they currently work is that you can't choose what item to take out of a bundle, you either take the last one you put in or drop all of them on the ground.

Ominous trials aren't too difficult but you have to keep an eye on what flies above you and you constantly be moving. I got burned to death just a while ago because the fireball burned me but then everybody got affected with infested so even if I survived the silverfish would have been a swarm by that point which it was

Yes it does but that myth was mainly talking about the difficulty of the trials, which doesn't change with the Bad Omen level
@@kmb600 yah true, just thought to mention the longer times might cause you to run out of food or armor to brake if you weren't aware that you will be converting spawners for a longer period of time. Ominous trial spawners spawn more mobs with a naturally generating trial spawner. If YOU place one, then it will be the same as activating a regular one. The only difference is that potions are thrown. Even the key that it ejects is a normal one.

Levels of bad omen do affect the lenght of the the ominous spawners as well as the amor the mobs spawn with i believe. That did not happen for him when he reseted the vault to show Bad Omen V because the vault particles did not turn into blue skulls, indicating that the effect did not take place. Also people tend to forget that trial spawners can also spawn bogged (with armour with ominous trial) and they are a real pain by basically being long ranged cave spiders.
what would the point be for using a level 1 vs a level 5? just to be able to farm more mobs?
@@morganfreeman8230 Probably yes, though I don't know if levels of bad omen affect the quality of the rewards you get
for me ominous baby zombies are the most easiest mob to fight.. Just stand on a 2 block high and they can't reach you, and then you can kill them easily.

I have a baby zombie spawner that is glitched and spawns ominous baby zombies but only gives regular loot. Literally the worst block in Minecraft.
Maybe its because of new update (1.21.2), but I recently started some raids and on low levels it gave me almost no totems while on 4,5 levels it gave me up to 4 totems
Not tryna be that way cause it's a diff version but on bedrock, you can pick what you want without repercussion edit: didnt realize it was bedrock and not java
Bundle is useless early game is a temporary state and getting shulkers is easy enough.... ok tbh they are niche not useless but i dont think there are inventory issues with shulkers and enderchests

I can watch the roulette and know which item comes after which, so I simply open it before the wanted item is present and boom, I get the item I wanted. If it’s completely random then damn I must be lucky throughout the entire chamber
It's just luck. When there's millions of players doing and trying the same stuff, some are bound to get lucky several times in a row and spread myths
It's random. It's just confirmation bias. Every time it doesn't happen, you likely disregard it as "oh I just clicked at the wrong time." You're just seeing what you want to see.

Bundles are detrimental to sorting machines. They make sorting your loot afterwards far more tedious.

Wait a second you put the key in when the disc came up and it came up as one of them. I'm going to do that in my survival and see if that works because I want to see. The way I'm thinking is using the display you say you get the disc and you hit it right on time well then the disc would be one of them but if it's truly random then I shouldn't get it automatically unless I really am lucky

Why are trail chambers spawning in chunks that I have loaded before
They talk about Minecraft being too easy and that the bastion remnant all you have to do is wear gold it used to be like that. Back on bedrock before the piglin brute you could just do that and then they added the piglin brute. Not so easy anymore

But you can also get them from pillager captains in patrols or outposts!
Sorry but ur so wrong on the ominous bottle, when u reset ur effect it also removed the second ominous bottles effect, also u get more totems in raids
That's his mistake, but bad omen level still has no difference on the difficulty of ominous trials. No matter which level you drink, you get the same trial omen effect (but with varying duration)

@@morganfreeman8230 waves are not longer. You simply have trial omen effect for longer. With bad omen I, you get 15 minutes which is usually not enough to go through the whole structure, but with bad omen V, you get 75 minutes which allows you to rerun the structure multiple times, because trial spawners have a cooldown of 30 minutes
Man I wish I was good at bed wars but I had one experience where 2 people were flying on the hive and it just ruined it for me.
An actual bad thing about minecrafte is the world generation is too much luck based. I got pillager mansion soo far away that it took me 2hrs to get there and it only had 3 chests (i checked everything).

The thing with the vaults is that the loot picking DOES work, you just need to have A LOT of patience and fast reaction time

I really wish someone would explain what the point of these trial chambers are. Makes no sense. To get meaningless loot you don't need? or to get a mase? Killing the dragon and wither are already easy enough. Okay, it's a new structure. That's fine but hardly worthy of a new update. This is as lame as the warden. Why bother? This is the minecraft problem in past years. They are adding stuff which is fine but 5 minutes later the user/player realizes that it's pointless and doesn't change how you play the game or add anything.
There are tons of reasons to go the trial chambers.
Mace is of course one of the reasons, it's a really fun weapon to use, but you can also get wind charges which are super useful, you can get tons of copper blocks for building, you can get other unique items like unique banner patters, sherds, trims, discs and even tridents.
You can set up farms to get stuff like lots of slime or skeletons, or you can manually farm them for xp. If that's not enough, the problem is probably just you, because everyone else seems to be happy with the structure.
To get loot that you DO need
The only way that I have actually successfully looted a bastion remnant was when I used invisibility because they can't touch you when they can't see you opening the chests. So that made it easier but if you're doing the brute Force tactic it's going to cost you your life
First one is a strait lie.. I got heavy core from that method.. its tricky but its duable...
sorry but minecraft IS easy particularly the nether and bastion remenants are an absolute breeze to cheese with nothing but a bow and some careful block placement/removal... 9 times out of 10 if i die in minecraft its because i wasnt paying attention and fell or drowned... the ONLY hard parts of minecraft are wardens, guardian water temples and the little zombie kids if theres more than 3 at a time
