    I have the sa truck. I thought you were going to give it a spin. When you put on the new shocks,to me look lie you screwed it to tight.
    I thought their would leave a little play.
    Maybe I was wrong.
    I do like the green body she'll.

    Thanks for the vid.
    I got myself a set of the HD shock shafts rather than the whole unit, so knowing that you’ve experimented with oils before, I wanted to ask what weight you have used.
    Also do you even know what weight they came new as?
    I like the paint job to. Even on the camera the metal fleck cones through nice.

      I honestly don’t know what they have from factory but I can try to put the question through.
      I run 70wt from Team Associated, I’m pretty happy with that.
      These shocks came pre-filled so I am not sure what is in them, will be sorting that out after the first run.

    Hey man thx for your great video's ! Just recently bought my first Maverick quantum plus flux. I'm having super hard time to get the wheels of to fix a broken arm. Is there something else I need to do other than loosening the 8mm bolt ?

    Hey man ! Did the 60-100-30 diff setup. Is it normal that the runtime goes down almost 50 % ? Running 5200 2s and before I did the diff I was getting around 20 minutes from each battery. Now it's just 10 minutes. Is that normal ?

    • @EyesOnRC
      @EyesOnRC  ปีที่แล้ว

      It will have some impact but I dont think it should have that big of an impact, might want to check it something is binding up somewhere.

    Any recommendations for a center diff or slipper clutch upgrade?

    • @EyesOnRC
      @EyesOnRC  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mainly to ensure you have proper fluid in the diffrentials( Front, Center and Rear) I have had absolutley no trouble with my differentials on this but I serviced them before my first drive.

    No.1 Buy a Suitable sized dustbin .
    No.2 Don’t use it, unless you like fixing it.
    No.3 Don’t buy it at all.

      So it's not good?

    • @EyesOnRC
      @EyesOnRC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on what you expect, it’s a fairly cheap hobby grade rc, it’s not that durable out of the box.

    • @ValFPV
      @ValFPV 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@EyesOnRC I wouldn't call the plus cheap, and that one has the same parts that are an issue right? The upgrades aren't TOO expensive tho. Is the drivetrain solid though? That's what I'm worried about most.

      If you buy the plus you’ll want to shove a 14mm oD x 6mm iD washer behind the Hex as you would bung a 12x6 behind the 12mm smaller Mav, the HD Axles , HD Driveshaft, seem a bit sturdier than the production roll out parts,
      The But they still bend relatively easily ,
      The car it self with a bit centre diff tuning can drive quite nice ,, however it is heavier and on the same parts as the little Mav, the Wing Mount and wing are totally 💩, the Body shell is Not too For behind it, the Shock tower being screwed on to the gearbox housing is another stickler . It breaks often the little maverick quantum now comes with the upgraded parts and an 80amp ESC over the original 45amp,
      Which gave it the Jitters on 3s ,
      But that has now rocket up in price too, in my opinion after having both, in the longevity of things of was going to buy a Quantum Plus,
      I’d wait until you could afford the Arrma big rock . Bit more expensive but mine has taken a good spanking and it hasn’t broke in contrast at my fav bash spot the Maverick lasted 30seconds .
