Why it’s ok if you can’t completely fix your beagle...

This short video is about why we can’t always train every unwanted behaviour out of our beagles. That genetics play a big part and when a beagle is fearful they chose the fight, flight or freeze response. It’s about understanding you may only be able to minimise behaviour and not totally eradicate it. And that’s ok. We live with Billy who resource guards and has separation anxiety both of which are genetic. Since adopting him his behaviour towards both has significantly decreased where life is normal for us all, but it’s always there. Learning to accept your beagle warts and all helps you to relax.
