It's also worth noting that even the medieval setting is a tongue-in-cheek version, with several anachronisms. The tone's intentionally a Monty Python and the Holy Grail style comedy, in the 15th century. Hence why I also feel that the prog rock soundtrack fits the game like a glove.

This is an excellent example of how non-diagetic music doesn't have to be necessarly period themed to evoke a period or setting. The soundtrack fits the theming of Felvidek so well and defies all reason to do so, yet it accomplishes immersion in the adventure of Pavol in a way perhaps a more conventional score may not.
@@danitron8317 HALF LIGHT: SHE'S ALREADY PREPARED TO SPREAD THY LEGS BEFORE THIS BUMBLING FOOL!? Your blood boils at the betrayal. A metallic taste in your mouth. Step in *immediately* and tell that tavern-going wench to *shove it*! PAVEL: "What vileness is this!? She doth embrace him!!!"
Normally I would be running around screaming how this OST doesn't fit the game at all, but it fits this weird artstyle so well, I can't give it enough credit. Felvidek doesn't feel like a normal "historical" game - it's a fever dream of odd face-app like faces, graphics that combines both Gameboy and Playstation aestetics at the same time. So this music fits it perfectly.
As an eastern european, I can say it fits perfectly for what it is. Part of what I loved about playing Felvidek was that the music brought me back to the historical movies about knights my country used to make. They always used this more electronic type of music

Great album, especially being that unconventional for medieval Slovkia setting, both musically and instrumentally. It did remind me of Henry Cow - I wonder, was that one of your inspirations? Успехов в дальнейшем творчестве, так держать!
When I watched the trailer for Felvidek, I could have sworn they commissioned John Dwyer to do this. But really happy to stumble upon the whole OST as well as the rest of your work man, all of it’s really enjoyable. Geese Breeze is a JAM. I was wondering though, is the song that was used in the Felvidek trailer actually contained in the OST though? I hear a common riff that’s used in the first two songs (Felvidek and Raubiri), but none are quite the same as that banger of a trailer song you used. Raubiri is an absolute gem, though the synth and drums aren’t the stars like the trailer track had them be. Just wondering if I’m going crazy and if you had any plans to release that as a single or something! Love your amazing music ❤

Really makes me feel like a drunkard nothern hungarian knight living in the 15th century during an Ottoman invasion
(In early game you can actually get a "drunkard" on your team. He's a good addition as long as you don't cross any bridges.)
