I think Blind dates are either for people who know the way they look/present themselves is a turn off to most people, or it's for people who are too damn horny that they navigate dating solely on how a person looks and knows it usually doesn't end well for them.
Basically, it's for people that know they got issues with outward appearance, be it their own or how they perceive others.
Last time I went on a blind date, when my date saw me, she asked if this was a date or a hidden camera prank show.

That ending though, was so damn open to interpretation, whatever happened, he isn't saying much, did she say more off screen that he isn't going to reveal? That is sus AF. Or maybe he's just private when it comes to relationships, the whole episode leaves questions unanswered.
There's also implications that it could be nothing more than sexual secretly for some but they won't want to be seen publicly with most men, hence why he has her number but she's nowhere to be found but home. She asks what they all have to offer, but it seems there's more than meets the eye to that focused question that means she may be unjudging to satisfy her loyalty to the dollar.
