i got to drive an 09, it was a bit disapointing, it wasn't well taken care of plus the guy wouldn't let me drive it on a street faster than 25 mph. couldn't check the speed. I can say in person the engine sounds amazing. super deep sound you can't hear in the videos

Gotta hand it to Nissan they know how to make 6 cylinder motors sing from the RB-VG-VQ-VHR. Frankly Nissan needs to throw that Q50 3.0T already on the next generation Z with a 7 speed manual maybe even trickle down the R35 tranny into the next gen Z and there back in the game for those that don’t need GTR performance.
You can change the tramlining behavior of the car by getting a different alignment. From factory they come aligned for a pretty aggressive feeling. I had mine realigned to be a little more compliant for normal road driving.
whiteandnerdytuba firstly it does not pull slightly faster it pulls way faster... other thing that slows it down is the aero and the increase in downforce in the nismo package! The Nismo is rare and a track focused car. People who have been in Nismo and driven the car know why it's worth more. Let the reviewers do their job if you can't listen to what they have to say then there is no need for commenting!
All the people complaining about the GTR's price with as much work and money that goes in to building them but do you think a $300,000 488 is justified? This car will spank virtually any Ferrari or Mclaren and those cars are way more expensive, break a lot more often and can't be used nearly as much. With a slight tune The GTR is unstoppable.
i have to add though... i bought my 17 nismo nissan certified used with 12k for only 30k$... hold on, baby... it'll grow hair on your balls for a whole lot cheaper...!
