Thanks for making this video, lots of helpful info. I wondered why my door handle was suddenly sagging a bit today, about to order a replacement gearbox to get it fixed.
Just changed my gearbox today. When pulling restrictor pin down it is helpful to know the restrictor pin in my gearbox was not smooth. It had indentations in the middle that I think you are trying to catch and pull down. I was thinking the paperclip was going in further in above the restrictor pin. I thought there was something blocking my access to the restrictor pin so on my handle there was a headless screw that allowed me to pull the pin out completely.

How do you fix a jammed deadbolt that won't turn either way?
