27,600 square feet, 170 cold storage units, and 95 parking spaces.

55k for asphalt??? Maybe we should invest in that business, right? 😅
Btw what is your opinion on privacy trees as the fence? They are so cheap, takes time to grow up yeah but they look good and if they are planted so close to each other, no one can pass them.
100k for the fence? Omg!! They are not that hard to build. I should consider that as an investment too. 😮😮
