A Day of Film Photography in Venice Beach

- I traveled to California a couple of weeks ago to shoot a wedding and ended up shooting some 35mm film with some old friends at Venice Beach. I hope you guys enjoy the film photos that we got. It was my first time really shooting a full roll of 35mm film so this is a good video for film photography beginners to see what not to do. I had borrowed a film camera that my friend Travis was owns and he was shooting on his Canon EOS 1N. Learn from your mistakes my friends and always overexpose your film by a stop! Much easier to work with in post.

great stuff dude! this is the first video of yours that I’ve discovered and looking forward to watching a few more. Definitely keep up the work :))
Appreciate the support my friend. Hoping to pump a couple videos out soon here!
What lovely images you got here. I see in your description that you are shooting for shadow detail by slightly over-exposing your images. That is a good idea with negative films in general. Nice to see someone else thinking that way.
I appreciate the kind words my friend. After a lot of trial and error I came to that realization. Along with knowing my developers pretty well that helps a ton too
Love it man
Appreciate the support!
