Couple Shocked That Realtor Never Said a Serial Killer Once Lived In Their Home

- NEW UPDATE: Statement From Owner of “The Watcher House”:
The owner of “The Watcher House” told Inside Edition he wants prospective buyers to be aware of the details of the "Watcher" before they consider buying the house. He says that he was not provided that information when he bought the house and is therefore suing the prior owners. He also told us that he has instructed his realtor to disclose the information about the “Watcher” when they meet with potential buyers. The realtor in our report was not hired by, and does not represent, the owner of “The Watcher House.”
In addition, the owner says he had placed a written document in the kitchen of the house disclosing the details of the “Watcher.” That document reads in part:
“Prospective Buyers have received this addendum to advise them of ‘The Watcher’s letters.’ These letters have been written by an individual who identifies himself as the home’s ‘Watcher.’ The Sellers…have no knowledge as to who wrote the letters. There is currently a lawsuit pending against the prior property owners for failure to disclose information regarding the ‘Watcher.’”
Inside Edition did not see and was never shown this disclosure by the realtor who showed us the home.
Scott and Laura Cotes say when they bought their home they were never told that the bodies of two murdered women were buried on the property in the 80s. Inside Edition went in search of homes that hold a dark secret like the Cotes', who are suing their realtor under California law saying he failed to disclose their home's dark secret. I took my daughter with me whenever I was looking for a new house. We were at one house and I was in the kitchen looking around. My daughter came down the hall from the bedrroom and told me their were dead children in the closet. She said it completely calm and dead serious. She was about 11 at the time.
I probably should have taken a look😳 but instead we just left. Now Everytime we drive by the street one of us says that's the house with all the dead kids. She says she remembers saying that but doesn't remember what she saw. So weird.

How sloppy were the police when the new home owners find a skull in the back yard at 0:25? It is such a small property. They wouldn't have found a skull if the police collected all the evidence. I kind of feel for the watcher. My grandparents built their house in the 1950s and it's been in the family for decades. Now it has a new family and there's not much I can do about it. I grew up in that house. I really miss it. BUT I don't go stalking. Occasionally if I'm in the neighborhood I would drive by it to see what it looks like and to relish in the memories.
The previous owner died at my parents house back in 96' and me growing up I would see and hear weird things around the house. Very scary.

There was a house located a block from my childhood home where a man butchered his 6 children and the family dog in the late 70s because his wife was leaving him. Every two years or so the house would come up for sale. Finally a woman bought it and gutted the house, even changed the entrance and placement of the garage. As far as I know she still lives there.

No one will probably read this but, when I was 10 years old my family moved to Irvine California. A year later I find out that some guy was depressed and shot his self in the head a couple months prior to our move in. It completely explained the noises and shadows I saw.
Like a realtor is going to compromise so many thousand dollars on something that is practically irrelevant now. Doubt that. Do your own research and don't ever trust someone who has something to gain. Simple enough.

I remember before we found the perfect house, it has everything we wanted (like an indoor garden, pool, right number of rooms, good community, etc) plus they were selling the furnitures with it (everything was in good condition including the grand piano). The realtor told us that the original owner died and her brother wants to sell it asap because he thinks it was hunted. Anyway we didn't mind because people also believed our current house was hunted. We found out that the original owners (parents) died without apparent reason, same goes for the sister... Then a few weeks later the brother died... We didn't buy the house.
