Smooth Molded Roll Pan Install

How do I go about removing roll pan I bought a truck and it was welded on but I want the rear bumper

I’m not sure how well yours is welded in, but we would cut the majority of the roll pan out, then see what we are dealing with, and finish cut and grind smooth, there may need to be some additional re shaping and metal work tho
