Training the Average Horse (Episode 214) - Herm Gailey: Lifetime with Horses

We all have or have had "average horses." Horses with no huge level of ability, but still useful and enjoyable. If you train your average horse above average you will have a better, safer, more pleasant companion. Here are some thoughts on "buttons" that should be on every average horse.

A plain, average horse that is enjoyable to be around gets prettier and less a “average” the more you are around them and a pretty horse with performance skills and a difficult personality doesn’t seem as pretty and seems to be more below average to be around.
